ALEJANDRA BOTO ALVAREZ
Alejandra Boto holds a Ph.D in Administrative Law. She is an accredited Senior Lecturer in Public Law and works at present as a Vice-Dean of the School of Economics and Busineess at the University of Oviedo.
Her research interests cover administrative organization, public services provision and users' rights. She is the author of La pervivencia de la potestad gubernativa de derribo (Oviedo: University of Oviedo, 2006), La Administración instrumental en el proceso (Madrid: Reus, 2011), El enigma de la descentralización funcional (Barcelona: Erasmus, 2013) and several parts of books published in Canada, Germany and Spain on a wide range of Administrative Law regular topics.
Recent work also includes several articles in journals published in The United States, France, Slovenia, Italy and Colombia, focusing on Comparative Law them all.
